Refund Policy

Credit Purchases
Credits purchased on PestRecord are generally non-refundable once issued to your account. Credits have no expiry date and can be used at any time on the Platform.
Lead Unlock Refunds
Once you unlock a lead and receive the homeowner's contact information, that credit deduction is final. We cannot issue refunds for leads that:
- Have already been contacted by another professional
- Did not respond to your outreach
- Chose a different provider
- Decided not to proceed with pest control services
Invalid Lead Refunds
You may be eligible for a credit refund if the lead contact information is demonstrably invalid — for example, a phone number that is disconnected or does not belong to the person named. To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of unlocking the lead
- Provide the lead ID and a brief description of the issue
- We will review your request within 3 business days

Credit Balance Refunds
If you wish to close your account and have an unused credit balance, you may request a refund of the unused balance within 30 days of your last purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
To request a balance refund, contact adminpestrecord@gmail.com with your account email and the amount you wish to refund.
Technical Errors
If you were charged credits due to a technical error on our Platform, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and restore any credits deducted in error.
Ontario Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002. If you have a dispute you cannot resolve with us directly, you may contact the Ontario Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery.
